The Results
The A&L (UK) & CardPoint (Poland) conversion programmes were both
completed on schedule. The lessons learned from A&L, the Polish front-end
conversion was designed and implemented within 6-weeks.
Since this initiative, Pinnacle project managers have been engaged for several
other projects at Elavon including the migration of a large European portfolio
to Nova Corporation’s processing platform (the parent company) and
the creation of a specialist front-end team responsible for planning, designing
and implementing the rollout of software and hardware upgrades across all
European portfolios.
