CONOR CROWLEY
Conor
is a Senior Manager at Pinnacle, with over 15 years experience working with
clients in the financial services, manufacturing, broadcasting, automotive,
and information and communications industries.
Conor has successfully delivered a significant number of programmes and projects
covering business and IS strategies, effectiveness and efficiency studies,
outsource strategy and implementation, solution evaluation and selection and
service management.
Conor has built his track record based on successful delivery, on time and within budget, of multi-million euro technology implementation projects that drive and support strategic business change.

Most recently, Conor has been senior Project Manager for a strategic outsource project for O2 in Ireland. Conor has managed all aspects of the project from Request for Proposal (RFP) development, supplier proposal evaluation, due diligence and contract negotiation. The project impacts 500 IT and Networks staff. The scope includes IT infrastructure, IT applications and Core Network services. Conor’s responsibilities include project planning, progress tracking, issue and risk management and presenting to the Steering Group which includes the CEO.
Prior to joining Pinnacle, Conor was a manager at BearingPoint. Conor is PMP certified and holds a MBA and M.Sc. from University College Dublin.
