• A programme to introduce scanning, document management and workflow across the card Issuing business.
• Programme Manager for several Bank of Ireland IT and business initiatives including:
  - Compliance Programme Manager
  - Business Implementation Programme Manager – preparing the NI branch network and   business support units for the impacts of a new front-end branch system implementation
• Management of a series of acquisition-related projects at Card Acquirer Elavon (formerly euroConex) under tight deadlines with financial penalties
• Programme manager in the review, design and delivery of strategic enhancements to Corporate Governance and the Control Environment, including management of an on-site inspection by the Irish Financial Regulator.
  
• Implementation of a Business Continuity Plan including upgrade of the Disaster Recovery site network, Server, Storage and file replication as well as preparation of (34)business units for BCP Planning & testing.
  
• Programme Manager for the re-design of the end-to-end trade booking and amendment process for an international bank. Teams were re-structured and trained in the new process, addressing operational risk and achieving MaRisk(Minimum risk requirements of the German Financial Regulator) compliance.
• Programme Manager at Anglo Irish Bank: Programme management of a review and re-design of back-office processes, including delivery of new contract opening & maintenance processes for the Lending, Personal Deposits and Corporate Deposits businesses in Ireland, US & the UK.
