Programme Management
Pinnacle can assign an experienced programme manager to assist a client to
plan and control a large programme or project. We have extensive experience
of delivering large scale initiatives, and our programme managers are accustomed
to managing cross-functional teams made up of our own and client’s
staff as well as third party suppliers.
Programme and Project Reviews
From
time to time a client needs an independent review of an in-flight project.
Pinnacle can assign an experienced manager to formally review a programme
or project on behalf of the sponsoring executive.
Quality Assurance
Similar to the project review, Pinnacle offers a quality assurance programme,
where an experienced manager will conduct an independent review of a project
on a scheduled basis for its duration. The focus of a review will vary, but
typically will be concerned with progress assessments, team work, quality
and risk management.
