the contract terms. The Programme included the transfer of Systems, Data,
Funds, Resources and Processes.
- Replacement of Prudential’s existing core Life and Pension systems
with an integrated back office system giving on-line broker access. This
Programme involved Package Selection, Supplier Management, Systems Implementation,
Data Conversion and Business Change.
