Customer Challenge

Permanent TSB required a review of its core banking platform to assess its current capabilities in the context of a changing customer and competitive environment, increasingly driven by developments in new financial services technologies and use of social media and mobile devices.

What We Did

Working with the Bank’s Commerical, Operations and Group IT leaders, a Pinnacle consulting team conducted an assessment of the current capabilities of the Bank against best practice and technology in consumer banking. They carried out a comprehensive review of emerging opportunities and threats, and developed a strategy and business case for modernising the IT platform.

The Outcome
